Common use of Limitation on Investments Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Investments. Borrower shall not and shall cause each other Loan Party and each SPC Party not to make or suffer to exist any loans or advances to, or extend any credit to, purchase any property or asset or make any investment (by way of transfer of property, contributions to capital, purchase of stock or securities or evidences of indebtedness, acquisition of the business or assets, or otherwise) in, any Affiliate or any other Person except for acquisition of the Properties and related Collateral and Permitted Investments and for creation of a Borrower TRS and contributions of Properties to a Borrower TRS as permitted by Section 4.1.23.
