Common use of Limitation on Issuance of Stock Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Issuance of Stock. Except for the issuance or sale of common stock or Permitted Preferred Stock by Parent, issue or sell or enter into any agreement or arrangement for the issuance and sale of any of its Stock; provided, that, Parent shall provide Agent prior written notice of the issuance or sale of any of its Stock.

Limitation on Issuance of Stock. Except for the issuance or sale of common stock or Permitted Preferred Stock by ParentParent or issuance of Stock by a Subsidiary of Parent in connection with the transfer of the ownership interest of one Subsidiary of Parent to Parent or another Subsidiary of Parent so long as such transfer is a Permitted Disposition, issue or sell or enter into any agreement or arrangement for the issuance and sale of any of its Stock; provided, that, Parent shall provide Agent prior written notice of the issuance or sale of any of its Stock.
