Common use of Limitation on Issuance of Stock Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Issuance of Stock. Except for the issuance or sale of common stock, warrants or options to purchase common stock or Permitted Preferred Stock by Parent, Permitted Investments as described in clause (l) of the definition thereof and as otherwise permitted by the Loan Documents, issue or sell or enter into any agreement or arrangement for the issuance and sale of any of its Stock.
