Limitation on Lessor Notes. No Lessor Notes may be issued under the provisions of, or become secured by, this Indenture except in accordance with the provisions of this Section 2. The aggregate principal amount of the Lessor Notes which may be authenticated and delivered and outstanding at any one time under this Indenture shall be limited to the principal amount of the Initial Lessor Notes issued on the Closing Date to the Pass Through Trustees plus the aggregate principal amount of Additional Lessor Notes issued pursuant to Section 2.12.
