Common use of Limitation on Letters of Credit Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Letters of Credit. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary set forth herein, so long as any Lender is a Defaulting Lender, no L/C Issuer shall have any obligation to issue, amend or renew any Letter of Credit at any time there is Fronting Exposure unless the L/C Issuer is satisfied that it will have no Fronting Exposure after giving effect thereto.
