Limitation on Liability in Certain Circumstances. (a) Nothing in this clause should be read as excluding, restricting or modifying the consumer guarantees provided for under the Australian Consumer Law. (b) Subject to these consumer guarantees and except where you are a Consumer, we do not guarantee that the electricity supplied to you will be of any particular quality or that it will be free from surges or that you will obtain a continuous supply of electricity without interruptions. (c) Subject to these consumer guarantees and except where you are a Consumer, we will not be liable to you whether arising from or in connection with our breach of contract, our breach of statutory duty, and our negligence or otherwise for: (i) business interruption loss; (ii) lost profits; (iii) loss of an opportunity; or (iv) your liability to other people under contracts or otherwise.
