Limitation on Liability of Limited Partners. The Limited Partners shall not be bound by, or personally liable for, obligations or liabilities of the Partnership to outside third parties beyond the amount of their Capital Contributions to the Partnership, and the Limited Partners shall not be required to contribute any capital to the Partnership for any obligations to third parties in excess of the Capital Contributions actually made under Sections 3.1 and 3.2 hereof.
