Limitation on Liability of Secured Parties and Collateral Agent. Secured Parties and Collateral Agent shall not be deemed, as a result of the execution and delivery of the Shared Security Documents or the consummation of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement and the Shared Security Documents, to have assumed any obligation of any Credit Party with respect to the Common Collateral or any liability under or with respect to any of the contracts, agreements, leases, instruments or documents which are, or which may hereafter be, assigned to Collateral Agent for the benefit of Secured Parties.
