Limitation on Luxembourg Guarantors. Notwithstanding the foregoing and any other provision of this Indenture or the Security Documents to the contrary, the guarantee, indemnity and other obligations of each Luxembourg Guarantor under this Indenture shall be limited, in respect of obligations and liabilities of companies other than such Luxembourg Guarantor and its direct or indirect subsidiaries, to an aggregate amount not exceeding the greater of:
