Limitation on Modifications of Organizational Documents. Agree to any material amendment, restatement, supplement or other modification to, or waiver of, any of the Organizational Documents of the Borrower or any Guarantor after the Closing Date that would materially adversely impact the Lenders unless (i) required by any Requirement of Law or (ii) the Administrative Agent (acting at the direction of the Required Lenders) has consented to such amendment, restatement, supplement or other modification or waiver.
