Limitation on Other Restrictions on Amendment of the Loan Documents. The Borrower shall not, and shall not permit any of its Subsidiaries to, enter into, become or remain subject to any agreement or instrument, except for the Loan Documents, that would prohibit or require the consent of any Person to any amendment, modification or supplement to any of the Loan Documents.
