No Borrower shall enter into, become or remain subject to any agreement or instrument to which such Borrower is a party or by which its properties (now owned or hereafter acquired) may be subject or bound that would prohibit the grant of any Lien upon any of its properties (now owed or hereafter required), except Permitted Liens.
