Limitation on Other Severance Payments. For purposes of clarity, in the event that (i) Executive voluntarily resigns or otherwise voluntarily terminates his own employment during the Term of Employment, except for (A) Good Reason or (B) due to his death or Disability, or (ii) Executive’s employment is terminated due to a No Severance Benefits Event, then, in either such event under clause (i) or (ii), the Company shall have no obligation to provide the severance benefits described in subsections (i) and (ii) of Section 4.1(b), Executive shall still be entitled to receive the severance benefits provided under Section 4.1(a).
