Limitation on Patent Actions. Neither Party shall be required to take any action pursuant to Sections 9.7 or 9.8 hereof that such Party reasonably determines in its sole judgment and discretion conflicts with or violates any court or government order or decree that such Party is then subject to or otherwise may create legal liability on the part of such Party.
