Limitation on Preferred Stock of Restricted Subsidiaries. The Issuer will not permit any of its Restricted Subsidiaries that are not Guarantors to issue any Preferred Stock (other than to the Issuer or to a Wholly Owned Restricted Subsidiary of the Issuer) or permit any Person (other than the Issuer or a Wholly Owned Restricted Subsidiary of the Issuer) to own any Preferred Stock of any Restricted Subsidiary of the Issuer that is not a Guarantor.
