Limitation on Remarketing of Bank Bonds. Bank Bonds shall not be remarketed while any 2020D-2 Bonds are in the Daily Mode, the Weekly Mode or the Term Rate Mode unless the Trustee has received written notice from the Liquidity Facility Provider that its Liquidity Facility will be reinstated, if such Liquidity Facility requires such notice.
