Limitation on Repayment of LIBOR Rate Loans. Any repayment of any LIBOR Rate Loan under this Section 2.3 on any day other than on the last day of the Interest Period applicable thereto shall be accompanied by any amount required to be paid pursuant to Section 4.9.
