Common use of Limitation on Representations Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Representations. The representations contained in Sections 10.1 through 10.4 shall survive Closing indefinitely. The representations contained in Sections 10.5 through 10.12 shall survive Closing for a period of six (6) months after the Closing Date and shall thereupon terminate.

Limitation on Representations. The representations contained in Sections 10.1 through 10.4 shall survive Closing indefinitely. The representations contained in Sections 10.5 through 10.12 10.15 shall survive Closing for a period of six nine (6) months 9)months after the Closing Date and shall thereupon terminate. Furthermore, the representations contained in Sections 10.5 through 10.15 are limited in scope to those matters that either occurred or that Sellers received actual knowledge of during the time period extending from April 1, 2012 through the Closing Date.

The representations contained in Sections 10.5 through 10.12 10.15 shall survive Closing for a period of six nine (69) months after the Closing Date and shall thereupon terminate. Furthermore, the representations contained in Sections 10.5 through 10.15 are limited in scope to those matters that either occurred or that Seller received actual knowledge of during the time period extending from October 15, 1998 through the Closing Date.

The representations contained in Sections 10.5 through 10.12 10.20 shall survive Closing for a period of six twelve (612) months after the Closing Date and shall thereupon terminate.

The representations contained in Sections 10.5 11.5 through 10.12 11.7 shall survive Closing for a period of six (6) months after the Closing Date and shall thereupon terminate.
