Limitation on Rights of Participants. Except as expressly provided in this Section 10, no Participant shall have any rights by reason of any reorganization, dissolution, change of control, merger or acquisition. Any issuance by the Corporation of Awards shall not affect, and no adjustment by reason thereof shall be made with respect to, any Awards previously issued under the Plan.
