Limitation on Rights of Participants. Nothing in this Agreement shall interfere with or limit in any way the right of the Company to terminate Xxxxxxx’s duties as an employee at any time (with or without Cause), nor confer upon Grantee any right to continue as an employee of the Company or a Subsidiary for any period of time, or to continue Grantee’s present (or any other) rate of compensation or level of responsibility. Nothing in this Agreement shall confer upon Grantee any right to be selected again as a Plan participant.
