Limitation on Sales and Leasebacks. Enter into any arrangement with any Person providing for the leasing by any Borrower or any Subsidiary of real or personal property which has been or is to be sold or transferred by such Borrower or such Subsidiary to such Person or to any other Person to whom funds have been or are to be advanced by such Person on the security of such property or rental obligations of such Borrower or such Subsidiary.

Enter into any arrangement with any Person providing for the leasing by any Holdings, the Borrower or any Restricted Subsidiary of real or personal property which has been or is to be sold or transferred by such Holdings, the Borrower or such Subsidiary to such Person or to any other Person to whom funds have been or are to be advanced by such Person on the security of such property or rental obligations of such Holdings, the Borrower or such Subsidiary.

Enter into any arrangement with any Person providing for the leasing by any the Borrower or any Subsidiary of real or personal property which its Subsidiaries of Property that has been or is to be sold or transferred by such the Borrower or such Subsidiary to such Person or to any other Person to whom funds have been or are to be advanced by such Person on the security of such property Property or rental obligations of such the Borrower or such Subsidiary.
