LIMITATION ON SCOPE OF ARBITRATORS' AWARD OR DECISION. Employer and Employee agree that if the arbitrators find any disputed claim to be meritorious, the arbitrators shall have the authority to order legal and/or equitable relief appropriate to the claim, but that in no event shall the arbitrators have authority to award punitive or exemplary damages.
