Limitation on Suits by Holders. (a) Subject to the other provisions of this Article 8, a Holder shall not have the right to institute any suit, action or proceeding at law or in equity or in bankruptcy or otherwise for the appointment of a trustee, receiver, liquidator, custodian or other similar official or for the enforcement of any other remedy under or upon this Indenture, unless all of the following have occurred:
