Limitation on the Purchase of Shares of Oi/CorpCo. For so long as the Call Option is in effect, PT SGPS may only buy shares issued by Oi or CorpCo through its exercise pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, and the purchase of shares issued by Oi or CorpCo by PT SGPS, directly or indirectly, by any other means is expressly prohibited.
