Common use of Limitation on Third Party Beneficiaries Clause in Contracts

Limitation on Third Party Beneficiaries. It is not intended by any of the provisions of the Contract Documents to create any third-party beneficiary hereunder, or to authorize anyone not a party hereto to maintain a suit for personal injury or property damage pursuant to the terms or provisions hereof, except to the extent that specific provisions (such as the Warranty and indemnity provisions) identify third parties and state that they are entitled to benefits hereunder.
