Limitation on Total Share Purchase Consideration. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, in no event shall the aggregate consideration paid by Acquiror to the Closing Company Shareholders (or any Company Shareholders) exceed the Total Share Purchase Consideration.
