Limitation on Transfer of International Purchase Obligations. NFC acknowledges and agrees that the rights pursuant to the International Purchase Obligations are personal to Harco Leasing, and only the proceeds of such rights have been assigned to NFC. NFC is not and is not intended to be a third-party beneficiary of such rights and, accordingly, such rights will not be exercisable by, enforceable by or for the benefit of, or preserved for the benefit of, NFC, NFRRC, the Issuer or the Indenture Trustee.
