Limitation on Use of Confidential Information. Without the Disclosing Party’s prior, express written consent, the Receiving Party shall not use the Confidential Information it receives hereunder for any purpose, other than the Purpose. Without limiting the foregoing, the Receiving Party shall not reverse engineer any Confidential Information it receives hereunder.
