Limitation on uses of hazardous materials. Lessee shall not use or allow any agents, contractors or subtenants to use the premises to generate, manufacture, refine, transport, treat, store, handle, recycle, release or dispose of any hazardous materials, other than as reasonably necessary for the operation of Xxxxxx's activities as contemplated under this lease.
