Limitation on Warranties and Liability. 5.1 Xxxxxx represents and warrants that the Services will be performed using that degree of care and skill customarily provided by an experienced professional organization providing similar services in the area during the same time period. Xxxxxx makes no other warranties or representations, whether express or implied, whether in this Agreement or any subsequent reports provided by Xxxxxx.
