Limitation upon Sale and Lease-Back Transactions. Solely for purposes of the Notes, Section 10.7 of the Base Indenture is hereby amended by replacing the lead-in language to the first paragraph of such Section 10.7 with the following language: The Parent will not itself, and will not permit any Restricted Subsidiary to, enter into any Sale and Lease-Back Transaction unless, either:
