Limitations and Severability Sample Clauses

Limitations and Severability. All Acts of the Local Board shall be consistent with the provisions of Chapter 143, Article 21, North Carolina General Statutes, and all rules and regulations promulgated thereunder. If any provision or clause of this Ordinance shall be declared invalid, such declaration shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any other provision or clause contained herein.
