Limitations for GmbH & Co. KG. The provisions of Sections 13.9.1 through 13.9.6 and Section 13.9.7 shall apply to the limited partner in the form of a German limited liability company of a limited partnership with a German limited liability company as its general partner (GmbH & Co. KG) mutatis mutandis and all references to Net Assets shall be construed as references to the Net Assets of the general partner of such limited partnership.
