Limitations Imposed by Law. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, the provisions of this Agreement relating to the compensation to be paid to the Executive shall be subject to any limitations provided by law or regulation which may from time to time limit the compensation payable to the Executive.
