Limitations in the Supplier’s right of retention. The Supplier may not withhold the Services due to a breach on the part of the Customer unless the breach is material, and the Supplier terminates the Agreement because of such breach. However, the Supplier may not withhold the Services if the Customer exercises its right to a temporary extension of the Agreement against advance payment as specified in clause 4.3.2.
