Common use of Limitations of Agency Clause in Contracts

Limitations of Agency. Notwithstanding anything in the Loan Documents, expressed or implied, it is agreed by the parties hereto, that the Agent will act under the Loan Documents as Agent solely for the Lenders and only to the extent specifically set forth herein, and will, under no circumstances, be considered to be an agent or fiduciary of any nature whatsoever in respect to any other person.
