Limitations of Liability of Shareholders. (a) Except as may be otherwise provided in this Declaration (including, without limitation, Article II, Section 12(h) regarding damages) and the Bylaws, Shareholders shall have the same limitation of personal liability as is extended to shareholders of a private corporation for profit incorporated in the State of Delaware and no Shareholder shall be subject in such capacity to any personal liability whatsoever to any Person in connection with Trust Property or the acts, obligations or affairs of the Trust or any Series.
