Common use of Limitations of MOU Clause in Contracts

Limitations of MOU. This MOU is not intended to and does not create any right or benefit, substantive, contractual or procedural, enforceable at law or in equity, by any party against the State, the United States, its agencies, instrumentalities, or entities, its officers, employees, or agents, or any other person. Nothing in this MOU may be construed to obligate the Parties to any current or future expenditure of resources or from modifying the Medicare and Medicaid programs as allowed under the respective federal laws and regulations. This MOU does not obligate any funds by either of the Parties. Each party acknowledges that it is entering into this MOU under its own authority.
