Common use of Limitations of Prior Approvals Clause in Contracts

Limitations of Prior Approvals. Notwithstanding any other term or provision of this Agreement, the approval of any item by Licensor in accordance with this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver by Licensor of its right to insist upon strict compliance by Licensee with any of the other terms of this Agreement, or prevent Licensor from requiring Licensee to alter, remove, replace or repair any other item which was not previously approved by Licensor and which does not comply with the requirements of this Agreement or any applicable Law.
