Common use of Limitations of Road Use Clause in Contracts

Limitations of Road Use. (a) Purchaser’s right under this contract to use existing Government roads described herein, or roads to be constructed, is limited to removal of timber sold and the transport of mineral materials under this contract; Provided, however, that this provision shall not limit any right to use Government roads or rights-of-way which have been granted to Purchaser pursuant to 43 CFR Group 2800.
