Limitations of Warranty Obligations. The provisions of this Section must not apply if: a) The Products delivered were installed (other than by Supplier), used or serviced in a manner inconsistent with Buyer’s or Supplier’s applicable service manuals, bulletins or written instructions; or b) As to a Corrected Product only, such Product defect is solely attributable to Buyer.
