LIMITATIONS ON 911 EMERGENCY RESPONSE SERVICES. a. Our liability to you, to anyone dialing 911 using the Service, or to any other person or party, for any loss or damage arising from errors, interruptions, omissions, delays, defects, or failures of 911 services whether caused by our negligence or otherwise, shall not exceed the amount of our charges for such services during the affected period of time. This limitation of liability is in addition to any other limitations contained in this Agreement.
