Limitations on A/E Authority. The A/E is not responsible for: 3.2.3.1 The Contractor’s means, methods, techniques, sequences, procedures, safety, or programs incident to the Project nor will the A/E supervise, direct, control or have authority over the same. 3.2.3.2 The failure of Contractor to comply with laws and regulations applicable to furnishing or performing the Work.
