Limitations on Acquisition Fees and Acquisition Expenses. The total of all Acquisition Fees (which includes the Investment Services Fee and the Construction Management Fee) and any Acquisition Expenses shall be reasonable and shall be limited in accordance with the Articles of Incorporation.
