Limitations on Actions by Registered Owners. No Registered Owner shall have any right to pursue any remedy hereunder unless (a) the Trustee shall have been given written notice of an Event of Default or the Trustee is deemed to have notice as provided in Section 8.3(h), (b) the Registered Owners of at least 25% in principal amount of the Bonds then Outstanding shall have requested the Trustee, in writing, to exercise the powers hereinabove granted or to pursue such remedy in its or their name or names, (c) the Trustee shall have been offered indemnity satisfactory to it against costs, expenses and liabilities, and (d) the Trustee shall have failed to comply with such request within a reasonable time; it being understood and intended that no one or more Registered Owners shall have any right in any manner whatsoever to affect, disturb or prejudice the lien of this Indenture by its, his or their action or to enforce any right hereunder except in the manner herein provided, and that all proceedings at law or in equity shall be instituted, had and maintained in the manner herein provided and for the equal and ratable benefit of the owners of all Bonds then Outstanding. Nothing contained in this Indenture, however, shall affect or impair the right of any Registered Owner to enforce the payment of the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on any Bond at and after the maturity thereof, or the obligation of the Issuer to cause the payment of the principal of, premium, if any, and interest on each of the Bonds issued hereunder to the respective owners thereof on the date, at the place, from the source and in the manner in the Bonds expressed.
