Limitations on Architect/Engineer Authority. A/E is not responsible for: 3.2.3.1 Contractor’s means, methods, techniques, sequences, procedures, safety, or programs incident to the Project, nor will A/E supervise, direct, control or have authority over the same; 3.2.3.2 The failure of Contractor to comply with laws and regulations applicable to the furnishing or performing the Work; 3.2.3.3 Contractor’s failure to perform or furnish the Work in accordance with the Contract Documents; or 3.2.3.4 Acts or omissions of Contractor, or of any other person or organization performing or furnishing any of the Work.
