Limitations on Assignment of Project by Authority. The Authority will not assign, transfer or otherwise dispose of any interest in this Agreement unless: (a) the Province of British Columbia confirms that the Guarantee will remain in full force and effect notwithstanding such action; and (b) the assignee assumes all the obligations of the Authority under this Agreement.
