Common use of Limitations on Demand Registration Clause in Contracts

Limitations on Demand Registration. (i) The Holders of Registrable Securities may require the Company to effect two (2) Demand Registrations; provided that (a) the Company may not be required to effect any Demand Registrations pursuant to Section 12.2(a) hereof more frequently than once during any twelve (12) month period; and (b) the Registrable Securities requested to be registered in any Demand Registration must equal at least 30% of the Registrable Securities.
