Limitations on Demand Registration. (i) The Holders of Registrable Securities will not be entitled to require the Company to effect (A) any Demand Registration on Form S-1 (or any other comparable form adopted by the Commission) more frequently than once during any twelve-month period, or (B) any Demand Registration on Form S-1 (or other comparable form adopted by the Commission) unless Form S-3 (or any comparable form adopted by the Commission) is not available for such Demand Registration.
