Limitations on Discretionary Authority If Trustee is a Sponsor. No Trustee shall exercise or join in the exercise of any discretionary authority granted under this Trust Agreement over any Trust Account to which he has made a contribution. The exercise of any such discretionary power shall be made by the remaining Trustees.
